Providence Registered Nurse - Long Term Care in Mount Angel, Oregon
Providence is calling a Registered Nurse, Non-Contract - Intermediate Care Facility North Unit (0.6 FTE/Night Shift) to Providence Benedictine Nursing Center in Mount Angel, OR.
This is a NOC shift position. The schedule includes working every other weekend. Scheduled nights may vary with notice.
In this position you will:
Be accountable for direct and indirect quality care for resident, according to the individualized needs of the resident.
Follow the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.
Coordinate resident care activities with other members of the health care team, and supervise the nursing care given.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
License to practice nursing in the state of Oregon as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certification
Able to meet physical and emotional requirements of position
In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may be required
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year of experience in long-term care
