Providence Health & Services RN Referral Line Coordinator in Missoula, Montana
Providence is calling a Registered Nurse (RN) Referral Line Coordinator (Emergency Services, Day Shift, 0.8FTE, 32 hours per week) to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Coordinate information to ensure a transfer that meets the patient's clinical needs.
Make complex decisions based on information from providers, hospital policy and collaboration with multiple departments throughout the hospital.
Provide superior customer service and service recovery that meets or exceeds the expectations of patients, visitors, physicians, and St. Patrick staff.
Help to coordinate access to services at St. Patrick Hospital.
Interact with all departments of the hospital and contribute to the operational effectiveness of the hospital.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN licensure in Montana State
Current BLS certification
Minimum of one year experience in a related position
Proficient with medical terminology
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
