Providence Health & Services RN - Cardiac Services Clinic in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Registered Nurse - Cardiac Services (Full Time, Day Shift, No Daily Overtime 40 Hour week) to Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our clinic team under the general direction of the practitioner or Clinic Supervisor to assess, evaluate, implement and follow-up in matters of direct and indirect patient care. Supervise the overall delivery of healthcare in the clinic setting. Establish and maintain effective relationships with LPNs, Medical Assistants, and administrative support staff in order to organize and deliver cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity.
In this position you will:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care needs for patients.
Provide safe, effective nursing care in a clinic setting.
Triage patients and communicate urgent patient needs to the practitioner.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Delegate tasks to other caregivers as license permits.
Insure that the patient and family understand follow-up and referral information.
Direct and lead the delivery of clinical care.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
Patient care experience
Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with patients, families, staff, and medical professionals.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Recent clinic and/or acute care RN experience
