Providence Health & Services Coordinator - Health Engagement in Beaverton, Oregon
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Coordinator - Health Engagement to our location in Beaverton. OR.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting the Health Coaching team in answering phones, making outbound screening calls, doing follow up surveys and organizing materials.
Producing and auditing reports to be distributed for internal or external audiences
Performing periodic audits in order to ensure programs are on track to meet department goals
Assisting the Health Management Consultants in supporting client relationships; i.e. follow-up work with clients, research on employer health and wellness program topics, coordination and packaging of information for health plan clients.
Implementing PHP worksite wellness programs and services.
Supporting communication campaigns aimed at engaging members in healthy behaviors and available resources (including various media including print, e-mail and web).
Tracking and/or evaluating the effectiveness of targeted health communication initiatives by providing updates to management
Coordinating worksite wellness educational webinars and/or other online presentations
Required qualifications for this position include:
2 years of experience in customer service-focused role OR 2 years of progressive job responsibility OR 2 years of project coordination experience OR 2 years combined experience of customer service, progressive job responsibility and project coordination
Ability to develop written communications aimed at impacting attitudes, knowledge and behavior
Ability to conduct health education, health promotion and workplace wellness industry background research and summarize findings into white papers or summary reports
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelors degree in a health-related field
Knowledge of employer-based wellness strategies and programs
Knowledge of health coaching programs
Experience working in the health plan industry
Experience working with outside vendors
Ability to coordinate wellness webinars and/or online presentations
Exhibits good judgment and effective problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact positively with a variety of disciplines
Ability to balance supporting numerous clients and/or stakeholders simultaneously
Ability to be nimble and flexible in response to competing priorities
Able to work independently and collaboratively with a minimal amount of supervision
